The place is perfect for those who need quiet and relaxation while surrounded by nature. It’s comfortable and just a short walk from the town of Acquapendente, making it an ideal starting point for short trips into Tuscia viterbese and the nearby Val D’Orcia. The rooms could use a bit more maintenance, but overall the comfort is guaranteed.

“Consigliato”

A small vintage apartment that’s very cute and comfortable. The staff were truly kind, especially Andrea, who was super friendly and helpful with everything.

“La quiete lo è non solo nel nome ma ancora prima nei fatti e sensazioni che si vivono, ritornerò !”

Set in lovely greenery with a varied and plentiful breakfast and a helpful staff, especially Andrea who followed us around. The pool is the right size for a chat and offers great tranquility, a great location just a short walk from Acquapendente. There just aren’t enough places like this.

“Bene ma non benissimo”

Due proprietari/soci poco cordiali con i clienti….la richiesta di una bottiglietta di acqua ed un cuscino in più, a detta loro è stata “una continua polemica” La presenza di 4 scarafaggi da fognatura, in bagno, per loro è “la natura” É stata una nostra polemica anche la richiesta di cambiare il rotolo di carta igienica trovato in bagno iniziato ed ormai alla fine. Nessuna flessibilità sull’orario di arrivo….tassativo….pena la struttura chiusa La stuttura ha un bel potenziale peccato che l'atmosfera generale risultava poco accogliente e nn in linea con ciò che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva che dovrebbe mettere al centro la cura del cliente
