La Finestra sul Duomo

“Un emplacement pratique et un hôte compréhensif, mais une expérience qui ne correspondait malheureusement pas à nos atte”

The location is very convenient for exploring Catania, and the host was available and understanding when we explained the issues we faced during our stay. We had several comfort problems in the room and asked if we could change it; no other rooms were available, so we ended up shortening our stay. The room was also quite noisy, though this can vary depending on the day and outside environment.

“A very comfortable, clean apartment right in the centre of the city.”

The spot was unbeatable—right in the heart of town, directly opposite the Basilica—but the lift was a bit of a hassle, though understandable given the classical architecture.

The view from the room was spectacular, spacious and spotless, and breakfast came with a voucher for the best café in front of the hotel.

“Soggiorno molto piacevole anche se brevissimo per lavoro!”

The location was gorgeous; waking up facing the cathedral bathed in morning light was amazing, and the host was very kind and precise, yet the stair ramps for heavier luggage made access a bit inconvenient.
