The location right by the lake is excellent, and the family leisure options seem great! The food at the restaurant "Arche Noah" was very tasty. We were just passing through, so the value for money didn't really fit my expectations. The breakfast buffet was okay but not outstanding. The check‑out rules are also a bit odd: breakfast is served from 8‑10, but the room must be vacated by 9 am and the bed linen removed. Maybe it's just the concept— I didn't really focus on that.

There were plenty of parking spots and a bike storage option, but no private terrace, no Wi‑Fi in the bedroom, and the breakfast service was below hotel standard – guests had to set up and clear their own dishes, it felt very cafeteria‑like. On top of that, guests are asked to strip the beds when they leave. The whole property needs renovation.

The balcony was closed for renovation, even though there were enough vacant rooms to re‑assign us so that the situation wouldn’t be noticeable.
