It’s great that some hotels still have balconies. For the standards of Van de Valk, I found the room a bit small.

Everything was perfect—top‑class staff, a very nice and spacious room, a good location, and everything was spotless. No complaints at all.

The place is in a good spot, but the reception staff were rude and didn’t explain the restaurant payment process, which caused a lot of administrative trouble. They mixed up my reservations and invoices with other guests’ names despite my feedback, and it kept failing.
