“Roaches!!!!!”

Nothing. First of all, the lady at the front desk seemed to have trouble checking us in as we had already paid for 1 night thru . She had to call someone twice for help. That took about 20 minutes or more. So we open the door to the room and roaches scattered everywhere!!! Took one step inside and the roaches were so bad, we went no further. Not even to take a picture. I've never seen anything like it. So we turned in the key and said "no thank you". We left and found a room elsewhere

Everything else with the hotel was fine, but the hostess was rude and the service was terrible; we had to call the cops on her to get my key for the night I had paid for. The front desk person needs to be changed.

“I stayed and didn’t complain.”

Flies and roaches were in the room; the remote, bathroom light, and cigarette burns in the comforter added a little odor.

The location was convenient, but my towels were dirty, my door had no latch, and the people next to me talked loudly all night. The door had a big opening at the bottom, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, roaches were present, and a roach had smashed on the toilet seat. There was a bad smell, so I had to buy candles and spray to mask it.
