Small and quiet. Right on the bus line to visit the Venice island, and the buses are incredibly easy to use. Fantastic and very accommodating host. Clean and modern. Exceptional value!

You can sit on a balcony with coffee and whatever. The room is more or less big, also for the bathroom. No elevator, especially if you have big luggage and a baby, but the owner helped us.

I was staying next to the bus stop heading to Venice, and the staff member who helped us was incredibly kind—thanks for being so friendly. The only downside was the smell that lingered when the room stayed closed for hours.
