“feel cheated”
nothing good. was denied accommodation , reception told me that i have to contact 3rd party whoever was booking the room and offered to pay in cash at 7pm after 10 hours of drive , my booking showed cancelled although i receive a welcome email and that the visa card was charged

It’s a scam! They canceled my reservation without informing me, and I still haven’t received a refund.
