The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, served in the back garden by a very kind lady who took great care of us. The room is extremely quiet, just because it’s in a pedestrian zone on the lakeside (and right next to Puccini’s house).

The location is excellent, and the lady handed us the keys immediately and gave us useful information. The bathroom is spacious and well‑lit. The only downside is that the room was a bit small; for three people it felt more like a double room.

The hotel was spotless and in a prime spot. The lady was incredibly kind and picked me up from the station so I wouldn't have to walk. A real customer‑care gesture.
