Unfortunately, the hotel's reception area is often unstaffed, which makes it feel unwelcoming to guests. To make matters worse, the rooms are in dire need of maintenance, especially the bathrooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I couldn't recommend it more. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting me with airport transfers and providing all the information I needed. The hotel itself was clean, safe, and in a beautiful location. A special shoutout to one of the young staff members, who was always friendly and willing to lend a hand. I'll definitely be back to Boracay, and I'll be choosing this hotel again without hesitation.

This hotel is a disaster from top to bottom - the rooms are tiny, the staff is super loud while cleaning, there's no free water, and the AC remote is missing. And if you think that's bad, the price keeps changing and the toilet is filthy.
