The view was good, but the air conditioning was a bit small and the afternoon sun was intense.

The location was great, the restaurant was great, the food was out of this world, and the restaurant overlooks the river—loved staying there. Breakfast was left outside the bungalow at 8 o’clock in the morning, it was cold, and the coffee was poor.

The hotel was quiet on the riverbank, far from the road. The room was spacious and clean, with a large double bed and a sofa where a child could sit. The bathroom was new. I really liked the riverside restaurant, which offered a wide variety of Thai dishes; they cooked well on 4 out of 5. Given the large number of people, the restaurant is popular with locals. There was no breakfast, but I wasn’t expecting it. The bed was firm, the pillows were low quality, and the bathroom lacked full-size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. If they worry guests will take them, they should attach bottles to the wall. I also miss a small disposable shampoo sachet to wash my hair.

The bungalows were pretty, but there was no water for the sink.

The room was comfy and spacious, and the restaurant was fantastic. Dining by the river was a real treat, and the food was excellent. We even returned two days later just for lunch. The two‑bedroom unit was newly built, had a lovely rooftop balcony, and looked great overall. It’s still a bit under renovation, but the lift to the next floor was a nice touch. If you’re staying in Lang Suan, you’ll need your own transport.
