The hotel sits right on the mountain with an incredible view of the peaks. Petra and Karl were extremely welcoming, and Petra’s goulash soup was hands‑down the best I’ve ever tasted. We’ll definitely be back—there’s still plenty to explore in the Otztal.

The building has that classic Tyrolean look, and the ground‑floor restaurant, run by the owners themselves, serves delicious local dishes. The owners were friendly and eager to meet our requests, and the food was top‑notch. Our apartment was brand‑new, spotless, and offered a stunning panorama; the whole property felt carefully tended to inside and out.

The climate tax was billed correctly, yet an unexpected €100 cleaning charge appeared—later clarified as included in the price after contacting support, though the cleaning itself was subpar.
