The biggest plus was the proximity to the station, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was hearty, tasty, and offered a wide variety. On the downside, there were no hand towels, the sheets were stained, and the pillowcases weren't changed. I wish they had swapped at least the pillowcases. I also asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport, but the credit card terminal was down, so we went to the ATM together. I wanted to withdraw 850 kronor, but only 1000 kronor were available. When I wondered what to do with the extra 1000 kronor, the staff took it and smiled, which felt off-putting. The tip was too much, and since I was inconvenienced, I felt no need to tip.
