The location and bed are quite comfortable, but there was only one small blanket, even though it was cold. People made noise at any hour, even in the hallways!

The bed was comfortable and we had hot and cold water whenever we needed it; the staff member was always ready to help. We did have an issue with hot water for showers on the first two days, but the staff resolved it; the Wi‑Fi was not great.
