The location was superb, close to Osaka station, shopping, and restaurants, and away from Namba, making the hotel excellent for a quiet stay. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows, plus a separate area. The staff were very helpful and attentive, answering all our questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

The room we stayed in was really good. The breakfast, however, felt less varied than the buffet I had at a previous Kyoto Westin; I wish there had been more options.
