The reception was friendly, the breakfast offered a good variety, and the outdoor terrace was enjoyable.

It’s close to the Plenitude Arena. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. For a single day or a maximum of two people it’s fine, but it’s not suitable for longer stays. To access Wi‑Fi you have to create an account. The shower is tiny, has no shelf for personal items, and both the shower and toilet are plastic cubicles.

The staff were truly outstanding, the place was spotless, the value for money was excellent, and it was situated perfectly with a bus stop just a two‑step walk away.

I met a receptionist who spoke excellent Spanish, and she was very helpful. Unfortunately, nobody else could understand me. When we arrived after a rough day, we had to wait because the computer system was broken. They offered us juice and coffee, but the machine didn’t work. Another issue was that no taxi driver knew the hotel’s location, so I paid a lot for taxis, Bolt, and Uber because they couldn’t find it. The hotel is tucked inside another Ibis, which made it hard to locate.
