The staff were lovely, and it was nice to swing in a hammock in the cool breeze over the water. The town is small but fun, and the huge temple with its standing Buddha is well worth a visit. One evening meal I had was excellent, but the night watchman had to show me how to cook it because all staff leave before 6. The room was very basic for the price: the bed was hard, there was no table, shelf, or place to unpack—just the floor. The shower was just a bucket (mandi). The mosquito net in the room and bathroom was open to the outside in places. The resort is really set up for Vietnamese tours and school groups. It was an experience, but maybe not worth the distance I travelled to get there.

It was so peaceful here. A beautiful little hut right by the lake with a terrace and a hammock. Super good. The team here is very attentive, helpful, and loving. Great communication, excellent food, and there’s a lot of ice 😏 good memories✌🏾 Thanks.
