Everything is arranged down to the smallest detail, with a lot of care and attention to particulars such as the coffee/tea kit and the water in the fridge. The mattress and pillows are ultra‑comfortable. Unfortunately I noticed that the lock has an automatic installation but still has the old lock hole open!!! This means anyone walking down the hallway can see into the room, especially from the direction of the bed because it faces the door. It’s unacceptable for privacy and safety, especially for someone like me traveling alone!!! Very, very serious!!! Around 4 pm I also felt as if someone was watching me and I couldn’t rest any longer…

Clean. No hot water and the shower drain doesn’t empty naturally; you have to lean behind the toilet to flip a switch to gently drain the shower!!!

First of all, it was very clean. During the whole trip, no other city in Italy had a cleaner room. The host’s organization and attention to detail in the room and during check‑in were impressive. The room matched the photos. A lovely house with such small rooms. We stayed for a night before our flight. Very comfortable! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great facility, well furnished, clean. The noise from the drain was an issue, even though there was a warning in the bathroom.

The location is relatively good near the airport, the room is spacious and very clean, and the owner helped find a taxi driver to the airport. The owner was not very available on WhatsApp when problems arose, Wi‑Fi didn’t work all the time, the water was cold and the shower flow was weak until it warmed up after a long time, and drainage in the shower and sink was problematic (in hindsight it was said that this was probably due to a thunderstorm the day before, but I would have expected an update about it before arrival).
