Close to the station and urban connections; the room size and furnishings are good. I only had one towel for the shower and the mat, and the soap in the dispenser was almost finished.

I walked just five minutes to the train station, which was handy. The room was tidy and had nice decor, and the bathroom was good. Getting in was a hassle, though – my plane was delayed and the automatic access was cut off. My phone data stopped working, so I couldn’t call the owner and had to borrow someone’s phone to get a remote key. The owner was helpful, but there were no on‑site staff.

The location is great.

The location and price were fine. The service was uncomfortable and not empathetic, the check‑in was complicated, but they let us store our luggage after checkout.

I found the place in a great spot, but if you arrive early there's no luggage storage; I had to leave my bags at Porta Nuova station and paid €30 for 4 hours.
