“Bon séjour mais quelques améliorations a faire”

Camping très bien aménagé, jeux pour enfants, plage et restaurant à proximité; however, the 300 € security deposit, coupled with the need to download an app to conduct our own inventory at both check‑in and check‑out, was annoying, and we found a door hinge in a wardrobe loose, a cracked shower tray, and the cleaning was barely done.

“Esperienza estremamente negativa. Attenzione al deposito cauzionale.”

The experience was very negative. One week before check‑out we were told €90 had been deducted from a €300 security deposit for alleged poor cleaning, disordered dishes, items left in the fridge, and improper waste disposal. We fully dispute the charge to the French regulator AGCOM because the accommodation had no running water on the morning of departure, a problem reported at check‑out via the app and to reception. This issue had already occurred during the stay, causing significant discomfort. It made it impossible to wash the dishes used for breakfast and some glasses from the previous evening. Regarding waste, we sorted recyclables and left the bags in the designated external bins. No one informed us that we had to bring them to a specific collection point at the campsite or that we needed to dispose of them; in fact, no one mentioned waste at all! We received the keys after a three‑hour wait, but we will discuss that later, and we simply found the recycling bins with the bags we had placed there, and no information about a required disposal point appeared on Booking or in the reservation. At booking we indicated a presumed arrival time, never confirmed or rejected by the property; the evening before our arrival we communicated an earlier arrival, but received no reply. Yet the property states that early or late check‑in is possible if communicated. We waited over three hours before entering the accommodation, and even after cleaning there were still problems, already reported via the property’s app. After ten days in Corsica and staying at several other places, this was by far the worst experience. We do not recommend the campsite, especially given the opaque handling of the security deposit.

The activities were great, but the mattresses in the beds were a bit disappointing.

The campsite was quiet, with loungers, pools, and the Adventure park included in the price; however, there was no instant‑pot, and linens and towels cost extra.
