Keep in mind that when you arrive at this hotel they might tell you you have no reservation, even though it was confirmed on the hotel’s booking platform; they will offer you other options, but with that attitude you’re not inclined to consider them. The “why didn’t you call?” question also bothered me. Apparently you need to call again after confirmation to see if they will accept you. By the way, a couple of hours before arrival I called to ask if I could leave luggage before check‑in—no one answered.

თავად სასტუმროს ნომერი კარგი და კომფორტულია, თუმცა ადგილზე მისულს იმაზე მეტი თანხა გადამხდევინეს, ვიდრე ბუქინგზე მქონდა დადასტურებული. ადმინისტრაციამ პასუხისმგებლობა არ აიღო და ყველაფერი პლატფორმის ხარვეზს დააბრალა. სამწუხაროა, რომ კარგ ნომერს ასეთი უპასუხისმგებლო მენეჯმენტი აფუჭებს.The hotel room itself is good and comfortable.
