The room was lovely and the spacious balcony offered a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. Breakfast was fairly weak, with little suitable food, and the coffee was bad.

The view was gorgeous, but we had no air conditioning during a heatwave, which made our nights very uncomfortable.

I wasn’t convinced at all. I paid €830 per night for three rooms that lacked air‑conditioning, had terrible pillows, and in two of them the minibar fridge didn’t work properly; for that price you can’t even sleep properly, it’s less than half the value. This isn’t a five‑star hotel and I would not recommend it.

We’ve been coming to Crans for years, paused for a while, and then decided to return—what a pleasant surprise. The staff are now far friendlier, more attentive, and smiling, which really makes the stay enjoyable. The view remains stunning, and the close proximity to the lifts is a real advantage. The location is definitely a highlight. Thanks to the teams for their warm welcome and smiles, especially during a tough period for Crans‑Montana. We had a great stay. The only small flaw that hasn’t improved is the room‑service menu, which is still very limited and unchanged for years; after enjoying rich regional cheeses and charcuterie on the slopes at noon, we’d appreciate lighter, healthier options in the evening.
