The location was convenient, yet the parking was awkward—no elevator, it shuts at night, so you have to walk down to the front desk to open it. There were a kettle and mugs, but no disposable spoons. I definitely won’t return.

The amenities, bedding, pillows, and staff were great, but the organizer changed the dates and charged a higher fee, and they processed my change without accounting for breakfast.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were amazing, but the booking listed breakfast as included—except for kids—yet it never clarified that kids were excluded. No one would think you’d exclude children when you booked 2 adults + 2 children.
