No lift, and the maintenance of the property was the worst.

The only good thing was the location in Koregaon Park; everything else was bad – the hotel was unclean, the room smelled unpleasant, there were small roaches in the room and bathroom, many mosquitoes, stains on pillow covers and mattress, no hot water as promised, only lukewarm water, and the manager Vijay Kumar was totally inefficient and didn’t act on our complaints; a total waste of money and a bad experience.

The place was quiet and in a good spot, but the rooms were poorly ventilated and not clean, and nobody seemed to be available to help properly.
