“Good value”
Conveniently close to the college and shopping, but the walls were thin, letting every noise through, and housekeeping was loud with banging on the door early to start cleaning.

Breakfast was decent, and the staff were welcoming and responsive, yet the guest rooms need updates, the bathrooms have stains, and the carpets require cleaning or replacement.

The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection, and the location was perfect, but the pool area could use a bit more aviance—maybe some plants, a cute little table, and a few chairs in the corner.
