The spot was fantastic, right next to the Duomo; there’s no more central place. The shower had a foul smell, the sheets on the bed were dirty, the shower drain didn’t work properly, and there was a lot of yellow buildup in the shower tray. I booked a luxury room with a sofa bed but got a small room instead, and the reading lamp was broken.
