They added an extra 10 € charge for AC that we had asked about beforehand, so we cancelled a minute later to find a better place, yet they charged my card two days later out of nowhere, so I had to file a chargeback—thieves!

It was a complete disaster; the hotel should not exist on any list, it was broken, dirty, and the staff were helpless.

The floor was sticky and broken, the bathroom was a tragedy with tons of dust, constant hallway noise from arguments at night and early morning, and hidden extra fees.
