The scenery and greenery were the only highlights; the check‑in process left everyone puzzled, no one explained the Wi‑Fi, no one gave us a tour, and when we got there the room wasn’t ready. They had to move two broken beds from the room in front of us, and there were two cups inside but no coffee, tea, or water—stuff hotels normally include. When we asked, staff said coffee and tea weren’t provided and weren’t part of the price, which felt expensive.
