“Overall experience”

There's nothing I liked about the place; it shouldn't even be listed. You share everything with six random strangers—bathroom, kitchen, and lounge. There is no TV in the lounge, just one sofa. There's no dining area or table. The place is very small, and from the bedroom you can hear everything from the kitchen, bathroom, and lounge—zero privacy. They are using their neighbours' physical address. What you see in the advertisement is not what you find when you get there. I didn't stay; I left immediately after learning about the living conditions. I cancelled, but I haven't received my refund—it's been three days. They are sending me around and giving me a run around.

“HORRIBLE”

I checked in at approximately 9:30 PM and checked out less than 30 minutes later, around 10:00 PM, because I did not feel safe at the property. Shortly after arriving, two other guests who were staying in the shared accommodation appeared to be closely watching us, which made both my partner and me extremely uncomfortable. Their behavior was concerning enough that I felt I could not leave my partner alone, even briefly, without locking the room. We raised our concerns, but we did not feel reassured that the situation was being addressed. In addition, there was no available parking within the building as expected, and we were instructed to park in a neighboring building. When we decided to leave, we had to wait on the street for more than 10 minutes while arrangements were made for security from the adjacent building to open the shutters so we could retrieve our vehicle. This further added to our concerns about guest safety and security. Due to these issues, we felt unable to continue our stay and checked out almost immediately after arrival. We requested a refund because the accommodation did not provide a safe and comfortable environment for us, but our concerns were not resolved. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had and, unfortunately, a significant waste of money. I would not recommend this property to guests who value safety, security, and peace of mind. “It was not what I expected ,disappointed”

The balcony, shopping center, and beach were not too far, but there were no towels and the fridge leaked constantly, so I had to wipe it down.
