The hosts were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and the facilities were fantastic – the kitchen, lounge, everything felt brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The house has a lovely vibe and the owners are genuinely hospitable, making us feel welcome right away. The only downside is the grill – you can only use it if your party books both rooms, which felt a bit limiting.

Location couldn't be better – just a ten‑minute walk to Guaiúba beach, which is perfect for kids because the water is shallow. The whole place feels warm and family‑friendly, and the hosts are attentive to every need. I'd definitely book again.

Staying at this beach house was a treat – the linens, rooms and bathrooms were all sparkling clean. Cinthia welcomed us warmly and made everything feel easy, and the walk to Guaiúba beach is a pleasant ten‑minute stroll along a quiet, pretty street. We'll be back for sure.
