The place is very well maintained. The bathroom had a problem with the toilet, but it was easy to fix. It would be nice if the mini‑fridge had some supplies; some places put them in and leave a Pix QR for payment.

The location is good! But there was a receptionist who was very rude and uneducated. The host hadn’t sent the reservation yet, so she started talking badly and said only God knows if you’ll be able to check in. She advised us not to stay there again, saying there were many problems. We were left worried. I called the host’s number, and it was resolved right away. I feel sorry for the owners who are left with unhappy, ill‑mannered staff!

While the hotel provides an attractive value and a well-equipped fitness center, its distance from Brasília's international airport is a notable drawback.

While the hotel's reception and accommodations are truly exceptional, the surrounding area leaves much to be desired in terms of safety.
