I was happy with the price and the spot near the Metro, and the staff were helpful, but the hotel had no proper facilities – power and water were out for hours even in the middle of the city, which was disappointing.

I didn't find anything I liked here; the TV was broken, the AC didn't work, and there were bed bugs – when I asked the management, they denied responsibility.
