When the heating failed, the landlord responded quickly and two of the beds were comfortable, but we initially had no heating, the living area was cluttered with junk, everything felt worn out, the plug in the sink and bathtub were missing, we had to take all our trash back without notice, the access to our upper unit was very narrow, the dishes were scarce and mixed, the TV couldn’t be used (no batteries in the remote?), about half the light bulbs were broken, there was a tripping hazard in the sleeping area because the outlet was in the floor, and the rating of 9.4 that led us to book was misleading – our disappointment was huge and we can’t understand how such a high rating was achieved.

The beds were comfy, everything needed was present, and the host was very friendly; the outdoor smoking area is covered. Unfortunately, the coffee machine and other kitchen utensils were not clean.
