The staff, especially Víctor, were incredibly kind and always smiling, making it wonderful to arrive in a new country far from home; the hostel itself was clean, with immaculate common areas, great location, a comfortable bed, and fresh-smelling sheets, and I highly recommend it—just consider taking the lower bed for more privacy with the curtain and extra storage spots, though they did have slippers ready for plugging in multiple devices.

這家旅館最值得稱讚的就是員工以及地點。 員工很親切，會給予景點及餐館的建議，地點非常好就在步行街，去哪裏都很方便。 置物櫃很大而且不必自備鑰匙. 1、位置不是很好找，住宿發給我的照片是舊的，照片裡的店名都換了，一開始找不到住宿地點。 2、這裡的設施比較像是家庭式住宿而不是青年旅館。缺乏足夠的桌椅讓人坐下來看書或辦公，只有一個大客廳跟沙發。廚房看起來還可以但我沒有使用。 3、我的被子及床單上充滿了汗味，不有沒有清潔乾淨。床墊是薄乳膠床墊導致睡覺時身體會碰到硬木頭床板。（我身高155公分，體重48公斤）。 4、18個人共用兩間衛浴不是個問題，但是當我洗澡時只洗了十分鐘就沒有熱水，我沒有辦法洗澡。此外其中一間浴室狹小，缺乏置物空間，地上都是霉斑；另一間有浴缸的浴室門鎖壞了只有一個鉤子，但外面的人大力可以拉開門。 5、這不是住宿的問題，但是在我住時其他人在公共區域聊天到凌晨三點，由於隔音不好所以沒辦法睡覺。 6、床上沒有任何個人小燈，因此大燈熄了之後你無法在位置上做任何事情。
