It was cheap, but they didn’t mention that a large bus couldn’t enter, and they kept saying we made the sheet dirty even though it was already dirty from the start; check the pillow and bedsheet before sleeping or they’ll blame you for the mess.

The price was low, but the customer service was poor, especially when they’re hard to reach. They also try to scam guests by claiming we damaged the bedsheet or pillowcase, even though the spots were already there.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which seemed to cater more to locals than foreign tourists. The staff were distant and unfriendly, and the breakfast options were limited and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the lift was out of order, and we were stuck on the sixth floor with a baby. When we checked out, we were even accused of damaging a towel and asked to pay for it, which was a ridiculous request.

This hotel had some redeeming qualities, such as its proximity to two large malls and its location on a charming street with plenty of simple warungs. However, the journey to the hotel was a nightmare, with heavy traffic that made it difficult to reach. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and would recommend it to those who don't mind a bit of a commute.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, which offered a range of amenities, including a delicious breakfast and a modern, clean room. The hotel's location was also excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
