The place is big and spacious with many rooms, each having its own bathroom. The courtyard is large and there are child amenities: a swing, a slide, and a trampoline, plus plenty of tables and chairs outside. The furniture feels worn out. There are two boilers, but only one works; the water heating rope is extremely old and rusty (though it is plastic), and the washing machine is small, so washing takes a long time. Overall, the kitchen isn’t very clean. The room furniture is also old and deteriorating. In one room that was supposed to accommodate three people (one of them a child), there was a reclining sofa that was broken. When we checked in, they explained that there are sheets in the room wardrobes that come with a reclining sofa or chair, but there were none. The bathrooms have mold and aren’t very clean. The jacuzzi is terribly dirty. If you plug something into the barbecue outlet, the fuse blows and someone has to come to lift it, because the jacuzzi cannot be turned off regardless of whether you use it or not. One room is quite noisy because of the air‑conditioner (I think that’s what it was), which is installed right below.

The house is huge, with excellent facilities and a great location. Access is easy, the main hall and rooms are well arranged, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the backyard has plenty of seating, a kids’ playground, and a trampoline. Everything you might need is there, plus a few extras from the owners. If anyone has complaints, they’re just nitpicking and pretentious. The rooms are spacious and feature interesting, unique art pieces and installations. The beds were hard at first touch but surprisingly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. It would be even better in warmer weather. A few small improvements: the pool table is unusable right now; the green cloth needs replacing and its location should be moved because it’s too close to the wall. Not all bathrooms have curtains, so water splashes everywhere. It would help if the kitchen window fly‑net could open, so you could easily pass something from the kitchen to the jacuzzi and BBQ area without walking all around the hall.

The house was preheated and located in a very quiet, peaceful area. There are no issues with pets. We’re coming for the third year in a row, but the price‑quality ratio is not satisfactory because it’s already 30% more expensive and we’re getting worse conditions. The cups and plates were extremely dirty and we had to wash them. Some appliances didn’t work. The billiard table was falling apart, including the rails. For the third year in a row, the woman who handles check‑in and check‑out always starts with, “Who will pay me?” and “Where are the money?”, which is extremely disrespectful and rude.

The house is very large, perfect for a big group. It has a large kitchen and dining area where more than 20 people can comfortably eat. Everything is very clean. There is a large parking lot. A single pool would be a great addition. There are no air conditioners, but the place is quite cool, so it doesn’t feel like it.
