Cleaning had to be requested at the reception every time I asked when it would happen! The answer was 3‑4 days between cleanings, which was unacceptable. The laundry staff were outside in the hallway, and I had to go to reception to get clean towels. Very bad! Many guests were upset and complained. Never going back!

Nice, helpful staff. We walked for 2 days. The location is close to the beach, and a 10‑minute walk from the old town. On the last day we received a wine bottle as a souvenir of our stay. Maybe invest a bit more in maintaining the property.

Late check‑in was fine because someone was always on site. The lady who received me was very friendly and helped me change my room as requested, though it was very small. I eventually got a double room for an extra fee. Breakfast lacked fruit, cereal, and eggs. There was no room service for a week. Extremely noisy; constant banging of room doors. The air‑conditioning smelled moldy, so I slept with the window open, which let in the neighbors’ cigarette smoke late at night and the constant hum from the ventilation system of adjacent houses.

The location was good. The linen was changed 3 times, and I had to empty my trash can several times myself. No cleaning of the room during the 14 days we stayed. The pool had no sun and the water was very cold. The railing on the balcony was so loose that you couldn’t lean on it, and it was on the 4th floor.
