Our stay was truly unforgettable, with a diverse and delicious breakfast spread, a spacious room with all the necessary amenities, and a unique cultural experience that left us feeling thoroughly satisfied. Although we didn't get the lake view room we had hoped for, the hotel made up for it with a generous lounge offering snacks and a full dinner service.

Our stay was a pleasant one, thanks to the hotel staff's friendly and attentive service. We were impressed by the variety of dishes available at the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the hotel's private beach, which offered great photo opportunities.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of mishaps, including a lack of professionalism from the front desk staff and a series of misunderstandings that left us feeling unwelcome. On the other hand, we were grateful for the support and understanding of the hotel manager, Mrs. Shi, and Mr. Liu.
