The location is great and the gym is really well-equipped, but that's where the positives end.
The staff were really great, that's about it.
The breakfast had a great selection of food, which was perfect, and the staff were really helpful and knew a lot about what to do in the area.
The hotel organized a great NYE party and the environment was nice.

“Maravilhosa”
Maravilhoso sem por nem tirar! Hotel nota 10, ótimo atendimento, ótima acomodação e localização, não tem o que reclamar!! Podem ir sem medo. Nada
The hotel doesn’t stand out much, it’s neither bad nor good; the breakfast included in the rate was very poor, with almost nothing, and you can request a few items on the spot but they’re still bad; we were told room service ran from 23 to 06, yet when we asked it was closed at 23:00. The breakfast and lack of room service after 23 were the main issues.
“A pasos de todo en puerto madero”
The view was great, the staff were attentive, and the beds and pillows were VERY comfortable; breakfast was tasty. However, early Saturday morning we were woken by very loud cleaning staff in the hallway and in the room next door, and the following day we heard children shouting on the same floor, which shows the walls are thin.
Everything was spotless and brand new.

The staff were helpful and accommodating all the time, the hotel sits in a great spot in the heart of Puerto Madero, and we had a lovely room overlooking the water; breakfast on level two was nice, with a buffet and a short menu of hot foods including various egg options, French toast, waffles, etc.; the gym was comprehensive and each of the men’s and women’s changing rooms had a nice sauna. The rooms were not soundproof—at 6 am a woman next door made business calls and we heard everything, and pets were allowed, so we heard a dog bark for hours because the family left it alone; this reflects more on the family than the hotel, but the soundproofing was not good.
