“A very good place at a reasonable price.”

I stayed four days and it was excellent; the city bazaar is a five‑minute walk away, Shah‑i‑Zinda is ten minutes, Registan Square is a fifteen‑minute walk along a nice pedestrian street, and I could also walk to Afrasiyab Museum and the Ulugh Beg Observatory. My room was on the third floor with a view of some sights and a large terrace overlooking the city; it was spacious, the bed super comfy, and very quiet. Breakfast was great, with many dishes, juices, tea, and coffee. I originally booked three days but added a fourth because I felt so comfortable. A big thank you to Timur and Ilkhom for always being available to help with any questions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me good tips for my time in Samarkand. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to park my motorcycle in the courtyard. I’d definitely come back again.

“Perfekten hotel”

The hotel exceeds expectations on every level. It’s located in a neighborhood that looks sparse and untidy at first glance, yet the people here are very kind. Once you step onto the main road, you’re already on the so‑called tourist corridor, where all the important buildings you want to see in Samarkand stand. In 25 minutes you’re at the main square. The rooms are tidy and clean, breakfast is very good, and the pool is a great way to relax. The staff are very helpful, especially one young receptionist who was at our service all the time and advised us on an extra excursion around Samarkand, where we also got to see their modern side, not just history. This hotel is truly an excellent choice. Perhaps a small on‑the‑go food package (e.g., a pastry, juice, banana) could be considered for tourists leaving before breakfast. In Uzbekistan, breakfasts at hotels normally start at 8 am, while all organized tours and especially trains depart much earlier. This happened to us; the receptionist apologized several times, but we think this small flaw could be solved very elegantly.

A new hotel, great location, attractions within walking distance, a terrace on the 3rd floor with a view. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new. The staff are very friendly.

“ホテルの場所が違う”

水回りに問題なく、基本的な清潔は保たれている ホテルの内装が豪華 眺望の良いテラスがある. booking.comで示されている場所と違う場所にある。（トラム駅の横の大通り沿いにあるように見えるのは間違い）。文字の住所で検索しても、Googleマップで出てくる場所と違う。 観光地に近くはあるが、実際はメインストリートから少し外れたところにあり、暗くなってから1人で歩くのは怖いな、と思う雰囲気 二泊したが、その間の清掃はない（ウズベキスタンで二泊したのがここだけだったので、こういう文化かもしれません） 他のホテルやお店では使えたクレジットカード2枚が、機械が認識しないから2枚とも使えないと言われ、現金で支払うことになった。 帰国後確認すると、クレジットカードにも請求が来ていた。ブッキングドットコムを介して問い合わせたところ、現金で支払ってもらったよ、という回答のみで、結局うやむやになってます。
