Nothing good, everything was left behind. What I don’t understand is that on a 25th floor we saw cockroaches in the hallway, and it’s no joke—I have photos but I’m embarrassed to post them because if I do, I’ll report it, and the reception did nothing when I mentioned it. We won’t come back 😝.

The whole package was spot on 😎😎😎 Reception, room and outdoor space were excellent, and the cleaning staff did a great job while the catering was very good. The lifts could have been better and I think they shouldn’t charge for the safe 😮😮😮😮😮.

The waiters were amazing. The schedule felt very Central European.

The pool room and staff were great. The only downside was that there was no beer at the buffet.
