“Decent, but not great.”
The hotel is at a great location. Staff is generally very helpful. Rooms are nice and comfy. All is very clean. Bed is excellent. Middle of October, heating system not working. Rooms have very much visible wear n tear. 4stars, no full figure mirror. Bathroom has mold / fungus / whatever it is. Tub and hand wash have significat damages. Refit is in order. Night before departure we had front desk order a taxi tomorrow at 7am. At 7.15 still no taxi, to find out they did not order in advance but there n then
