Positives: 1. Close to the Jeti ferry to Langkawi 2. Near a seafood restaurant 3. Quiet neighborhood. Negatives: 1. The toilet door lock is broken 2. The spring in the bed is damaged 3. The exterior around the windows is untidy 4. The toilet water heater isn’t hot 5. The main door lock isn’t very good; it needs to be firmly closed to keep it from opening easily 6. The air‑conditioner can’t be controlled, it’s always cold. The screen on the controller is broken.
