The pool area was great for the kids and the lunch at the on‑site restaurant was tasty. When we got to our room, the bathroom was leaking and the AC was barely cooling, so we asked for a change right away. The front desk told us we’d have to wait for maintenance to check it out, which felt like a waste of time since the problems were obvious from the start.
