A separate house with a courtyard for two units. First you enter a small kitchen, then stairs take you to the second floor where the apartments are. We had a two‑room unit consisting of a bedroom‑living area, then something like a kids’ room, and a bathroom. The apartment also had a fridge, microwave, kettle. The shower smelled nice, and there was a cool electric dryer for clothes (we went to the spa and needed to dry swimsuits quickly, so it was very handy). Shampoo, slippers, plenty of towels, everything was fine. The bed was clean. Lots of wardrobes. Near the apartments, in the general corridor, there’s another wardrobe with everything you might need for any situation. The sound insulation is poor; someone is walking somewhere and it feels like it’s behind you. The small kitchen on the first floor was inconvenient and cramped. The lady in the neighboring apartment was constantly cooking there, first, second, and compote. Maybe you just have to get used to it. I wasn’t planning to cook, so it didn’t work out well for me, but it was really cramped. The blinds on the windows work poorly. You had to stand for a long time and tug on those strings and sticks to open, close, or change the angle. It was a nuisance. Also remember that this is a residence on the upper part of Troskavets; you’ll walk down to the center, but returning will be uphill.

A pleasant host. Plenty of space to store your belongings. In addition to a convenient wardrobe, there are shelves, nightstands, and a dresser where it’s easy to put everything, which is very important if you arrive for more than one day. A private, well‑furnished area near the house with a gazebo is nice for sitting and having coffee. Great price‑quality ratio.

Very friendly host, we were let in a little earlier, and also a little later we were asked to leave the apartments, we went to meet and they allowed it, thanks sincerely for that attitude. Also add that the apartments were clean and, most importantly, cozy. I had no negatives.

Everything was good, the rooms are clean and separate, white bedding, everything needed for temporary stay is there. Thanks to the host for the hospitality and for letting us in a day earlier!
