They were very helpful when they sent me to the wrong room because the system was down and the keys weren’t working. However, they don’t have a backup system, so I ended up with people knocking on my door at 12 o’clock at night to check if I was in my room, since it was a spare that might be rented out. I was exhausted from a long day, but they finally left eventually.

They claim breakfast is included, yet when you arrive they tell you it’s already finished, even though it’s within their stated breakfast window, and they only serve a limited quantity. The facilities are in poor condition, dirty, and the breakfast was over before the allotted time.
