I will receive my full refund. The area was dirty, I waited at the desk for 5 min before I was assisted, my room was dirty, I did not feel safe in the area

It was close to everything, but the basement apartment had many steps and I could hear children running above me from about 8 am onward.

The bathroom shower head was spraying water; after the receptionist verified the issue I was moved to another room, but that bathroom door was peeling and had mold. You all need to inspect this place and fix these issues.
