The location was good, the room size was comfortable, and the staff were friendly; the breakfast was very limited and offered few options.

Juan Carlos's friendliness and service were on another level, surpassing my expectations, but the stairs were a bit of a hassle.

A great place to stay in Cali, with a prime location in a very safe area and close to many points of interest; the service was excellent from the moment you arrive, Juan is an outstanding host, always very helpful and attentive, I will definitely return.

The room matched the photo and was comfortable. The staff were very kind and kept an eye on our needs. We were on the top floor, so it got hot, but the air conditioning fixed that. Keep in mind that the room is on a high floor and you have to climb many stairs. The front of the hotel looks like it used to be a smoothie shop, but it’s a bit empty with shelves taking up space.
