I found the guest house in a great spot, just about a 10‑15 minute walk from the Registan. Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Every front‑desk staff member was very friendly and helpful, especially the colleague who explained the layout and gave us recommendations when we arrived. The only annoyance was the thin walls, which let us hear almost everything from the lobby, and the fact that payment could only be made in cash.

The location was good. When I booked, I expected breakfast to be included, but upon arrival I was told it wasn’t and I had to pay an extra $5. They were doing some work, so there was a lot of noise that evening.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in across Uzbekistan, this one was the best. I liked everything about the room, the furnishings were top quality, and it seemed freshly renovated. I also appreciated the location—just a 10‑minute walk to Registan Square.

We really liked the hotel! Everything was clean and cozy, rooms were tidy, and housekeeping was excellent. The location is very convenient—main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfasts were especially tasty, varied, and offered a good selection of dishes. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is comfortable: attractions are nearby and walkable. The administrator was very courteous, told us where to go and where to have lunch, and also checked us into an upgraded room with a balcony earlier than scheduled. Thanks for a pleasant stay! We wholeheartedly recommend this cozy place.
