The location was perfect for sightseeing, restaurants, and nightlife. It was very quiet and safe at night, which I loved! It’s also close to Termini train station. The staff were wonderful, especially Patricia, who was both professional and a great person—thanks a lot! The shower stall was smaller than the picture on the website, but that wasn’t a big issue for a 6’3” tall man.

The team, especially Patrizia and Alessandro, were incredibly caring both in person and on WhatsApp 24/7. Patrizia was so outstanding that we’d follow her to any hotel she worked at! When one of us fell ill, we were treated like a favorite family member. That’s rare.

The location was great; the staff were helpful and friendly; the room was spotless, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. There were no negatives.

The location was good and most of the well‑known tourist spots were within walking distance. The staff were very cordial and helpful, but the hotel rent was a bit pricey.
