“Un cuidado del hotel y una respuesta al cliente pésima”

The pool was clean, but the staff handling room issues was unhelpful. The room constantly smelled of fecal and residual water, making the stay totally unpleasant. The hotel had many defects: a rusted bathtub, doors that fit poorly.
